Today let us take a topic for analysis which is a very simple thing yet an important process involved in phase of life.
As I start with, let me put you all to question.
How many of you have thronged for eatables in your daily life?May be many times if at all we feel “I wish I had ————to eat”.[fill this up with any of the loving tastiest food,(pani_ puri,pizza,icecreams or anything for that matter) you may ever have loved to eat .]
If in case you love to eat rasmalai and your doctor says,” do not ever think of rasmalai from tommorow this is creating a problem”. The moment he says this_ you’ll feel oh god! my most liked one has been denied from my eatables.
This may bother you for quite some time. But still, if your doctor says do not eat potatoes from tomorrow, you’ll start thinking there’s no other choice in life to be without potatoes. Know why? b’cos may be you eat potatoes in regular basis. You start thronging for it more
I,ve seen people drinking coffee or tea every 1 hour .If they are told to stop this at once they’ll feel so depressed and all types of illness crop up.
Where as if it were a tribal people who never knew about the pizza or something like richest of food(not in health context but money wise or popularity wise) If I say them never look at the pizza from now on.It will sound stupid to them. Because they never ever bothered to have it in their life and they never want it.
Let’s have a look at this in depth _
In case (1) where RASMALAI was very rarely eaten it took only less time to avoid .
In case (2) where POTATOES are regularly used in _ It takes still more time to avoid.
I n case (3) where the consumption of tea or coffee was more _ leads to almost depression like thing.
Incase of tribals they never saw the pizza ,then where’s the question of eating or loving or over eating….. so they never get affected right…(feel for the denial)
SO THE POINT IS
THE AMOUNT OF LOVE (OR ATTACHMENT TOWARDS)FOR ANY THING WITH RESPECT TO THE PERIOD OF TIME IT’S BEEN LOVED AND EXCESSIVE THOUGHTS IN REPETITION GIVES PAIN OR AGONY
This may be any thing or person or emotion or senses when it comes to everyone’s life……..
ONLY WAY IS TO ACCEPT AND MOVE .Nothing was ever so much loved before it got introduced & Nothing is as same as earlier if we get too much involved to it.
The logic is plain_ Got only two options to it.
Go in for substitute if you can or simply say bye bye to it and move on.
OPT FOR ANY ONE AND BE HAPPY.
